How to place an order on the website
Go to the page Thujas and select the desired sort – Smaragd or Brabant
Click the “Order” button and fill in the required fields
Choose the delivery method (paid, free or pickup) and payment (by invoice or in place)
Wait a little – we will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm the order
About payment
You can pay by invoice, which we will send you within 30 minutes after receiving your order, or in place when you receive the goods or services.
About delivery
We have free delivery door to door on Sundays. Delivery dates can be viewed and booked on Thujas page.
You can also choose paid delivery to receive your order on any day and time. To do this, fill in the appropriate field during the ordering process. We will send you a price offer for delivery within 1 hour after receiving an order. Unfortunately it is impossible to pay for individual delivery through the website – payment is accepted in place after delivery.
We agree on a convenient delivery time for you individually by Messenger or by phone. If it suddenly turns out that you urgently need to leave, and you personally cannot accept the order, then we usually do this: we agree with you on a place where we can put thujas on your site, take a photo and send it to you.
